Little Aosta, part of our group alongside the ‘One Hat’ restaurant Aosta, is inspired by the cooking techniques of Northern Italy, paired with the finest ingredients from the South of New Zealand. The menu, designed by our executive chef, Ben Bayly—winner of the ‘Best Restaurant of New Zealand Award 2024’ for his Auckland restaurant ‘Ahi’—captures the essence of northern Italian cuisine, pared back and designed for sharing. Enjoy fresh pastas, wood-fired pizzas, fish and meats cooked in our wood-fired oven, alongside delicious, locally sourced seasonal salads and sides.
