Bianca by Giovi

Bianca by Giovi is the latest addition to Giovi Fine Food series of venues and it follows Giovi Pasta and Pizza, Farelli’s by Giovi and Pronto by Giovi.

Our founder, Giovanna, has a true passion for authentic Italian cuisine, crafted with only the finest ingredients and, of course, love! Growing up in the food and hospitality industry, where her family ran a successful business dating back to the sixties, she developed a deep appreciation for good food and wine. This background inspired her to share her passion with the locals and tourists of Queenstown, Lakes Region where she now lives with her family.

Bianca will serve the same Authentic Italian Cuisine of the other venues, with original recipe for pasta, ravioli, lasagne’s and other Italian specialities. Complementing the food offering there is a wine list with best Italian wines and beers and with an ample space outside, it is the ideal place to relax with a nice pizza or Pasta and a cold drink in the square.
